Roll Call at 4:00 p.m. Open Workshop by Robert Flanders, Chair

Motion to open the meeting at 4:04 pm by Peter Miller, seconded by Frank Michel.

 

Invited Guests – Kevin Morrow, Andre Kloetz, David Udelsman, Chuck Lowth,

Guests – Ed Engler of the Laconia Sun, Erin Plummer of the Citizen, Miller Lovett

 

Police Station  - Presentation on bids for the New Police Station. Review by Andre Kloetz of the received bids. Discussion on the price, which will be in around 2.3 million, less than earlier estimates. The Board will schedule another workshop to review final numbers.

 

 

Motion was made by Peter Miller, seconded by Frank Michel to adjourn the workshop at 6:15 pm.  Unanimous vote.
