Roll Call: Present – Peter Miller, Chair, Peter Brothers, Frank Michel, Colette Worsman, and Miller Lovett.

Also in attendance: Carol Granfield, Chuck Palm

Steve Durand, Andre Kloetz, Harold Denison, Carl Smith, Chris Plancon, Sandy Ambrose and Donald Smith.

Meeting opened 7:00 pm

Peter Brothers made a motion to enter a non-public session to discuss personnel under RSA-91-A:3 II a . The Selectmen entered non-public session at 7:00 p.m. seconded by Colette Worsman with an affirmative 5-0 vote by Peter Miller, Frank Michel, Peter Brothers, Miller Lovett and Colette Worsman.

There was discussion on personnel matters. No actions were taken.

Motion was made by Frank Michel, seconded Colette Worsman by to exit non-public at 10:00 p.m. Affirmative vote of 5-0 Peter Miller, Peter Brothers, Frank Michel, Miller Lovett and Colette Worsman.
