Minutes of 8-02-2017 Meeting

Meeting called to order at 9:30 a.m.

Trustees present:  Bob Davis, Mary Kahn, Jim Gregoire

Guests present:  Michael St. Onge, Teri Linden, and Cindy Day, all from Bank of New Hampshire

Draft minutes of the TTF meeting of March 29 were reviewed. A motion to approve the draft minutes was made by Kahn, seconded by Davis and approved unanimously. Trustee Davis will post these minutes on the town website and copies will be given by Trustee Gregoire to the town clerk and finance officer.

Our portfolio manager, Michael, from Bank of NH Wealth Services, presented a portfolio management report for the year-to-date as of July 31. He reviewed the contents of the report with the trustees, and answered their questions.

The Trustees looked at the Trustees of Trust Funds page on the town’s new website.

The next meeting was scheduled for Tuesday, October 17 at 9:30 a.m.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 10:25 a.m.
