Fee Schedule:

  • First copy $15.00  
  • each additional copy requested at same time $10.00 

You must have information on the name(s) of the party(s) involved, date of event, and supply your relationship to the subject(s) and a reason for the request 

Marriage License:

If neither parties have been married before they need only bring a photo id.  If either party has been married before they need the copy of the official dissolution of marriage. (final divorce decree/death certificate) The application fee is $50 and is valid for 90days. Once the form is filled out by both parties, the clerk will enter the info into the State Vital Records system, a test copy is printed for the parties to check for accuracy and then an official license is issued.  The parties may order certified copies at the time they apply and once the marriage license is signed by the officiant, and returned to the clerk, Certified copies would be sent out.   The certified copies are $15 for the first $10 for any additional ordered at the same time.
