Waukewan Watershed Advisory Committee Receives Award

Meredith, N.H.  The Waukewan Watershed Advisory Committee was recently recognized by Volunteer NH at the Spirit of New Hampshire Awards Program held on November 13th at Capitol Center for the Arts.  The Spirit of NH Awards Program is Volunteer NH’s celebration of service honoring volunteers and supporters of volunteer programs throughout the entire state. Committee, Co-Chair Donna Van Ness Murphy and long-time volunteer Tim Whiting accepted the Champion Award on behalf of the entire Committee.  The Champion Award acknowledges exemplary contributions to volunteerism and to the betterment of life in New Hampshire.  If you are interested in learning more about the Waukewan Watershed Advisory Committee, contact Donn Van Ness, Co-Chair at dvnom@aol.com or 279-4894.
